- Missed Sunrise? No problem! If you arrive after sunrise, but before 7 AM, you can still hop on board the balloon and even enjoy the free drink and discount afterwards.
- Parking: Sunrise Pass holders arriving between sunrise and 7 AM can park conveniently at The Avenues at Atlantis.
- Should you not be able to use the ticket at all, for whatever reason, the ticket will not be eligible for a refund. However, we will give you the option to rebook for any other day within the following six months.
Operational hours for the Sunrise Pass vary according to sunrise times:
- January: 7 AM - 9 AM
- February: 6:30 AM - 9 AM
- March: 6 AM - 9 AM
- April - August: 5:30 AM - 9 AM
- September - November: 6 AM - 9 AM
- December: 7 AM - 9 AM
